Questions
What owners ask us first.
Can I choose which chats Hover reads?
Yes. On WhatsApp, Hover only reads the group chats you add its number to, so your family chats stay out. In your other apps, it only stores what you choose to share.
Will it get my WhatsApp number banned?
Hover uses its own WhatsApp number, never yours. You add it to the group chats you want Hover to read, the same way you’d add a new teammate, so your own number isn’t connected to anything.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Hover doesn’t train AI on your data, and neither do the AI providers we use. We never sell it, and share it only with the providers that run Hover, under contract. To improve Hover we look at anonymous usage stats; anything more is opt-in, and off unless you turn it on. Data is stored encrypted and deleted within 30 days of disconnecting an app.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the workflows you need and the apps you connect. Tell us about your business and we’ll give you a price. Tag comes with every plan: monthly credits pay for the jobs it finishes, and a job you skip uses none. Finish the three-minute game on this page for a RM 500US$100 voucher off your first two weeks, plus one custom workflow built for you: we find one in your chats, or you tell us the one you want. One voucher per business, for new customers, to start within 3 months of claiming.
How long does setup take?
Under ten minutes to connect your apps, and your first brief arrives as soon as they’re connected. Within a week it gets sharper, as Hover learns what lives in your group chats: the things nobody ever wrote down. The more of your apps you connect, the more it sees.
What does Hover connect to?
Hover is built for WhatsApp first, and already works across 500+ group chats. It also connects to most of the tools you already use, like Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Running on something else? Tell us which.
Who can see what Hover finds?
Each person only sees what comes from the chats, emails and files they’re already in. If something comes from a group chat, everyone in that chat sees it. Owners choose what the whole team sees.
Does Hover ever message anyone on its own?
No. Hover only reads; it never sends anything to your contacts. Tag can send replies for you, but only once you’ve approved them, or on its own for the jobs you’ve set it to auto-approve.
Do we need Tag?
No. Hover works on its own: it shows what’s slipping, and your team acts on it. Add Tag when you’d rather hand some of that work off.
Why pay for Tag if we already pay for Hover?
Hover finds the work and suggests how to do it. Tag does it. Every plan includes credits each month for the jobs Tag finishes, and a job only uses credits once it’s done.
What if Hover gets something wrong?
Every finding links to the messages and files it came from, so you can check it in one tap. Tag asks before anything goes out, unless you’ve set that job to auto-approve, and you can undo what it did.
Does it work in my language?
Yes, in most languages, even mixed in the same chat, and in voice messages too. Your brief comes in the language you pick.
Our management is ready for AI. Our team isn’t. Can Hover help?
That’s where most companies start. Hover works inside the chats and sheets your team already uses, so nobody changes how they work on day one. Then we help your team, and train them, to work AI-native, one job at a time. That’s how an AI transformation actually happens: with your team, not around them.
When can we measure the return?
Once there’s a picture to measure against. Hover’s first job is to show how work really runs and where it slips. That picture is your starting line: it’s what lets you measure the return, and decide what to hand to AI next.
Why not ChatGPT, or a dashboard?
ChatGPT answers what you ask, so you need to know what to ask and paste everything in. A dashboard shows the numbers someone set up. Hover reads the chats and inboxes where the work happens, and tells you what’s slipping before you ask. If you just want an AI assistant, subscribe to ChatGPT, Grok or Claude directly. We’re happy to help you pick the right one.
